How Digital Intelligence Empowers Digital Innovation Performance of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Abstract
Based on the resource-based theory,this study explores the impact mechanism of digital in-telligence empowerment on the digital innovation performance of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)and verifies the mediating role of innovation potential(including innovation willingness,inno-vation resource input,and innovation capability)and the moderating role of resilient leadership.Using data from a two-time-point survey of 394 valid samples,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Digi-tal intelligence empowerment has a significant positive impact on digital innovation performance;(2)Innovation potential(including innovation willingness,innovation resource input,and innovation capa-bility)plays a mediating role in this process;(3)Resilient leadership significantly moderates the rela-tionship between digital intelligence empowerment and digital innovation performance.This study not only enriches the application of the resource-based theory in the field of digital intelligence but also pro-vides practical guidance for enterprises on how to improve their digital innovation performance through digital intelligence empowerment.关键词
