AI技术压力会引起员工的AI焦虑吗?
Does AI Technology Pressure Cause Employees' AI Anxiety?

Abstract
With the wide application of AI technology in enterprises,the content and form of employ-ees'work have changed,bringing unprecedented impact and challenges to employees'work.More and more employees feel the technostress from AI,and psychological,physiological and behavioral changes occur,which in turn affect their work performance and cause AI anxiety.Based on cognitive appraisal theory,this study introduces positive thoughts as a mediating variable to explore the mecha-nism of AI technostress on employees'AI anxiety and the boundary role of challenging and hindering appraisal.The results of empirical analysis found that AI technostress positively affects AI anxiety,and positive thoughts play a partial mediating role between AI technostress and AI anxiety;challeng-ing and obstructive evaluations negatively and positively moderated the relationship between AI tech-nostress and positive thoughts,respectively.This study enriches related research in the field of tech-nostress in AI technology application scenarios,and also provides management insights on how to re-duce employees'AI technostress and the negative emotions it brings.关键词
