EXPLORING"THE WAY OF CREATION"IN MING-STYLE FURNITURE
摘要
Abstract
To explore the design method of Ming style furniture from the design idea,design process and design aesthetic,and to put forward the feasible ideas for modern furnishings design.Combining the philosophy of Taoism and Confucianism,this paper analyzes how Ming furniture embodies the design concept of"governing without doing anything"and the aesthetic idea of"harmony between heaven and man"through simple form,exquisite craft and natural material.The design method of Ming style furniture was summarized.The"way of creation"of Ming style furniture can provide useful enlightenment for modern furnishings design.关键词
