基于用户体验的火灾自救产品设计研究
DESIGN AND RESEARCH OF FIRE SELF-RESCUE PRODUCT BASED ON USER EXPERIENCE

Abstract
This study focuses on user experience and explores the prospective design of a fire self-rescue product with respect to the physiological and psychological needs of non-professional users in a fire situation,aiming to optimize the user experience.Adopting design thinking(DT)and user-centered design methodology(HCD),we gained insights into user needs through task analysis in the empathy phase,categorized,ranked,and analyzed the impacts of the needs on the user experience through the Kano model in the definition phase,and ultimately completed the design practice and validated the design in the ideation phase.The product prototypes in the design practice broke through the traditional modeling and structure,and the user experience evaluation indexes were significantly improved.This study provides a demand analysis basis and design practice reference for the optimization of user experience of fire self-rescue products,promotes the development of life-saving products to user-centered design,and provides a new direction for the future design of self-rescue emergency products.关键词
