低渗油藏裂缝调流-基质增注协同体系研发及提高采收率性能评价
Development and EOR performance evaluation of fracture flow control-matrix augmented injection synergy system for low-permeability reservoirs

Abstract
In the development of low-permeability reservoirs,there exist great challenges due to strong heterogeneity between fractures and matrix and low oil recovery from the matrix appears because of fluid crossflow along the fractures.In this study,hydrogel particles for fracture flow control and carbon quantum dots for matrix decompression and augmented injection were developed.The performance of the novel injection techniques for enhancing oil recovery were evaluated,and the mechanism of matrix oil mobilization was investigated using nuclear magnetic resonance techniques.The results show that the optimized formulation and preparation for the hydrogel particles include a bulk hydrogel-to-water volume ratio of 1∶1,a shear rate of 40 Hz and a shearing time of 8 min,resulting in particles with an average size of 1.2 μm,a Zeta potential(absolute value)of 31.46 mV and a viscosity of 7.5 mPa·s.The carbon quantum dots exhibited average particle sizes ranging from 2.0 to 3.5 nm,and the resulting carbon-based nanofluid demonstrated excellent thermal and salinity resistance,with standing tem-peratures up to 90℃and salinities up to 7×104 mg/L.The oil recovery factors obtained from oil displacement experiments were 8.56%,25.70%,14.78%and 37.89%,respectively for 4 different injectants,including deionized water,the hydro-gel particles,the carbon-based nanofluids,and the synergy system.Nuclear magnetic resonance imaging and T2 spectral a-nalysis indicated that the synergy system can effectively regulate the fracture-matrix flow,significantly expanding the swept volume and mobilizing the residual oil within the matrix.关键词
