摘要

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the genuine user needs of manual coffee grinders,addressing the common issues found in traditional manual coffee grinders available on the market,and to design a portable and easy-to-clean manual coffee grinder for users.This study first employs the Kano model survey to investigate user needs,resulting in the identification of initial user requirements for coffee grinders;subsequently,data organization and calculation of the proportion of demand attributes are conducted;then,the TRIZ theory is applied to analyze the technical contradictions of the handle,grinding core,fineness adjustment structure,and disassembly structure of the manual coffee grinder,ultimately producing an innovative structural design scheme for the manual coffee grinder.This study designed a portable,labor-saving,and easy-to-assemble hand-cranked coffee grinder by applying the Kano model and TRIZ theory.Research shows that the product innovation design method combining the Kano model with TRIZ theory has high feasibility.The innovative design in this study effectively meets the increasingly diverse needs of users,enhancing user satisfaction.
