People's Supervision and Self-revolution:The ＂Two Answers＂for the CPC to Break the Historical Cycle Rate

Abstract
How to solve the historical cycle rate is a major political proposition that the CPC has been exploring,which has always been running through the different important historical periods of revolution,construction and re-form.For more than a hundred years,The CPC insists on taking Marxism as the guide,fully absorbs the useful thoughts of governing the country in ancient China,and gives the ＂two answers＂of people's supervision and self-revolution on how to solve the important topic of historical cycle rate.The ＂two answers＂have distinct characteris-tics from serving the people to adhering to the people-centered approach,from revolutionary practice to governing the country in the new era,and from external people's supervision to comprehensive and strict governance of the Party internally.Efforts need to be made to highlight the unique advantages of the ＂two answers＂,leverage their positive complementary effects,and demonstrate the effectiveness of national governance through the combination of the ＂two answers＂,in order to continuously enhance the synergy in breaking the historical cycle rate.关键词
