New Era Policy Orientation for Promoting Common Prosperity:International Reference and Indigenous Transcendence

Abstract
Common prosperity is an essential requirement of the socialist system and an important goal and scientific connotation of Chinese-style modernization.China has entered a new stage of development,where the importance of common prosperity is becoming increasingly prominent.The article first elaborates on the achievements made in pro-moting common prosperity from three aspects:economic development,welfare of the people,and increase in resi-dents'income.At the same time,it analyzes the current problems such as ＂the trend of expanding the gap in per ca-pita disposable income has not been fundamentally reversed＂.Secondly,it focuses on analyzing the successful expe-riences in five North European countries,Germany,Japan,and Singapore,and draws important enlightenment.Final-ly,combining China's actual situation,policy recommendations are proposed from three aspects:constructing a pub-lic service system based on the principle of ＂equal opportunity＂,improving an income distribution system character-ized by ＂attention to fairness＂,and strengthening the social governance concept guaranteed by ＂ruling by law＂,so as to improve the policy of promoting common prosperity in China.关键词
