基于质量块移动的大型风电机组叶片颤振抑制研究
Study on flutter suppression of large-scaled wind turbine blades based on movement of mass block
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the increasingly prominent problem of blade flutter in the process of large-scaled offshore wind turbine,a blade flutter suppression method based on the mass movement was proposed.The NREL 5MW wind turbine blades were taken as the research subject,and the fluid-structure coupling method was utilized to analyze the flutter of blade.An orthogo-nal experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of the block̍s mass,the length,and the position on the effective-ness of flutter suppression.The results indicate that,at the rated wind speed,the maximum deformation at the blade tip ran-ges from 1 to 3 m,and the onset of flutter deformation occurs within the range of the length-diameter ratio(r/R)being 0.3 to 0.5.The reasonable parameters for the mass block in the flutter suppression for the wind turbine blades are:m=0.12M,l=6.6 m,and x=0.39r/R.Compared to the prototype blade,the stress concentration area of the blade with the added mov-able mass block is reduced by 42.3%,achieving an overall vibration reduction rate of 53.6%.The vibration reduction rates can reach 56.3%,60.1%,and 59.2%respectively for blades equipped with added mass blocks under three typical operat-ing conditions.关键词
