体内与体外吻合在腹腔镜右半结肠切除术中的近期疗效分析
Short-term effect analysis of intracorporeal and extracorporeal anastomosis in laparoscopic right hemicolectomy

Abstract
Objective To compare the short-term effect between intracorporeal and extracorporeal anastomosis in laparoscopic right hemicolectomy.Methods A retrospective study was used to analyze the clinicopathological data of 199 patients who underwent laparo-scopic right hemicolectomy due to colon cancer from January 2021 to March 2024 at Fuyang People's Hospital.Intracorporeal anastomosis was performed in 89 cases(intracorporeal anastomosis group),and extracorporeal anastomosis in 110 cases(extracorporeal anastomosis group).The operation and postoperative complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in age,gender,body mass index,tumor site,and tumor stage between the two groups(all P>0.05).There were no significant differences in operation blood loss,operation time,the number of lymph nodes dissected,and the incidences of postoperative ileus,anastomotic leakage,incision infection,and abdominal infection between the two groups(all P>0.05).The postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative hospi-tal stay,and incision length in the extracorporeal anastomosis group were significantly longer than those in the intracorporeal anastomosis group(all P<0.05).Conclusions For laparoscopic right hemicolectomy,intracorporeal anastomosis has the advantages of short exhaust time,short postoperative hospital stay,and small incision,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
