共建"一带一路"视域下中蒙可再生能源合作研究
Research on China-Mongolia Renewable Energy Cooperation in the Context of Jointly Building the Belt and Road Initiative
摘要
Abstract
Responding to climate change and promoting international cooperation in renewable energy are important contents of the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.Against the backdrop of global energy transformation and intensified regional geopolitical games,China and Mongolia have reached a consensus on responding to the climate crisis,adhered to the concept of green,low-carbon and sustainable development,promoted communication on green development policies between the two countries,and promoted cooper-ation in the field of renewable energy,achieving positive results.However,due to the lack of funds,technology and talents,the level of development and utilization of renewable energy in Mongolia is still low.Therefore,under the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative,China and Mongolia can leverage the complementarity of the renewable energy industry,strengthen cooperation in the fields of hydropower,wind power,solar energy and other renewable energy,coordinate the promotion of landmark projects and"small and beautiful"livelihood projects,comprehensively improve the scale,quality and level of energy cooperation between the two countries,and achieve the goal of regional energy security and sustainable development.关键词
