中俄能源合作历程、特征与前景展望
Cooperation History,Characteristics and Prospect of Energy Cooperation between China and Russia
摘要
Abstract
China and Russia have carried out energy cooperation for more than 30 years based on the complementarity of resource en-dowments.In the context of global climate change,energy transformation and geopolitical superposition,analyzing the history and char-acteristics of energy cooperation between the two sides is of great significance for high-quality energy cooperation,alleviating the dilem-ma of international energy cooperation,and breaking through the dilemma of global energy governance.From the background,content and significance of energy cooperation between China and Russia,the cooperation process is divided into four stages:starting and turn-ing,substantive development,in-depth promotion and mature expansion.Through summarizing the characteristics of cooperation as complementarity,strategy,stability,non-linearity and openness,this paper also looks forward to the prospects of energy cooperation between China and Russia,and believes that the two countries will accelerate all-round cooperation centered around energy coopera-tion.Energy cooperation depth,upstream development cooperation,green energy,and energy cooperation mechanism will be the future directions.关键词
