Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in pediatric viral encephalitis.Methods A total of 42 children with viral encephalitis admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 21 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received targeted nursing intervention based on routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared,including symptom disappearance time,motor function scale score,incidence of complications,and satisfaction.Results The disappearance time of various symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The motor function scale scores after intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention has a good application effect in pediatric viral encephalitis.It can shorten the symptom disappearance time,improve limb motor function,reduce the incidence of complications and increase satisfaction.关键词
