Analysis of the birth situation of live neonates in a hospital in Hebei Province from 2018 to 2022

Abstract
Objective To analyze the birth situation of live neonates in Cangzhou Xian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(our hospital)from 2018 to 2022.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 9636 live singleton neonates born in our hospital from 2018 to 2022,and data such as birth weight,development data,and cesarean section rate were collected.Results The birth weight of live neonates in our hospital from 2018 to 2022 showed an increasing trend year by year.There was significant difference in the birth weight of live neonates in 2021,2022 and 2019(P<0.05).The comparison of the proportions of different birth weight from 2018 to 2022 showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in head circumference,body length,premature birth,and the proportion of gender(P>0.05).The rate of cesarean section showed a decreasing trend year by year.Conclusion From 2018 to 2022,the birth weight of live neonates in our hospital increases year by year,while the rate of cesarean section decreases year by year.Relevant departments should continue to promote health education during pregnancy,strengthen the construction of obstetrics,and keep paying attention to the health of neonates.关键词
