Abstract
The comprehensive utilization rate of useful components of strategic minerals in tailings is not high,leading to a significant waste of beneficial resources.This paper selects 20 typical tailings storage facility in Hebei province that contain cobalt,vanadium,titanium,phosphorus,gold,and other associated minerals.Through field investigations of the current status,scale,and surrounding environmental conditions of the tailings storage facility,over 100 collected samples were subjected to chemical analysis.The analysis results show that the vanadium content in two iron ore tailings,the zinc content in one zinc-molybdenum ore tailing,and the lead content in one lead-zinc ore tailing reached the boundary grade of general industrial standards,indicating potential for resource utilization and reserves.The research indicates that the content of useful components in some mining area tailings reaches the boundary grade of general industrial standards.Under extreme conditions of resource scarcity,or where technological and economic indicators are feasible,tailings can be recycled through re-mining.At the same time,efforts from government,enterprises,and research institutions are needed in terms of technology,funding,and supportive policies.关键词
