摘要

Abstract

The single-layer segmental lining in the water conveyance tunnel needs to bear both internal and external pressure loads.A nonlinear relationship exists between the rotational stiffness at the longitudinal joint and the combi-nation of internal force at the end face.Therefore,the value of the rotational stiffness is the key to the rationality of the calculation results of the beam-spring model.For the double-row bolt arrangement of segmental joints,a nonlin-ear joint mechanical model is constructed with concrete compression and bolt tension,and the solution is obtained under each stress state and compared with the joint test for verification.Based on the co-simulation platform of ABAQUS and MATLAB,the nonlinear mechanical effect of the joint is applied to the beam-spring model with the method of dichotomy iteration,and compared with the full-scale test.Finally,the mechanical response of segmental lining under internal water pressure is analyzed.The results show that the calculation results of each stress state based on the joint mechanical model are consistent with the joint test results,which can reflect the rule of the joint rota-tional performance with the internal force.The proposed dichotomous iterative method of joint rotational stiffness is convenient,efficient,highly accurate,and stable convergence,which makes the rotational stiffness of each joint adapt to the internal force conditions,and the results are in good agreement with the indexes of the full-scale test.Under the action of internal water pressure,the axial force of the segment decreases greatly,the deformation trend of the transverse ellipse increases,and the joints enter the multi-row bolting action state.
