独占春×美花兰F1代主要观赏性状遗传变异分析
Genetic variation analysis of main ornamental traits in F1 generation of Cymbidium eburneum×C.insigne
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the genetic patterns of ornamental traits in the hybrid offspring of C.ebur-neum×C.insigne to lay the foundation for identifying SNPs associated with ornamental traits and flower color.[Methods]In this study,153 individual plants from the F1 generation of C.eburneum×C.insigne were used as experimental materials.Seventeen ornamental traits were analyzed using statistical methods such as descriptive statistics,Pearson correlation analysis,cluster analysis,and principal component analysis.[Results]The labellum of the hybrid offspring inherited the red and yellow hues from both parents,while the petals and sepals inherited white coloration.Additionally,the petals and sepals of the F1 gen-eration segregated into yellow and white-with-red strip variants.The coefficient of variation for the 17 quantitative traits in the hybrid offspring ranged from 6.31%to 32.96%,with inflorescence length showing the highest CV and dorsal sepal length the lowest.The heterosis index ranged between 91.86%and 120.72%,indicating strong heterosis in the F1 population.Signifi-cant correlations were observed among multiple floral traits in the hybrid offspring.The 153 F1 individuals were divided into three major groups and six subgroups,with subgroup Ⅱ-2 exhibiting superior ornamental traits.Principal component analysis revealed that the first six principal components accounted for a cumulative contribution rate of 7.08%,which captured most of the genetic variation across the 17 quantitative traits in the 153 individuals.[Conclusion]The findings from this study provided valuable insights for genetic breeding and conservation research in wild orchids,as well as a theoretical basis for identifying ge-netic loci closely linked to different flower color traits in the F1 generation.关键词
