摘要

Abstract

[Objective]Agricultural tourism demonstration zones face challenges of balancing cucumber powdery mildew(Podos-phaera xanthii)control with ecological safety due to high tourist density,frequent picking activities,and restrictions on chemi-cal pesticide use.This study aimed to screen biopesticides that are highly effective,environmentally friendly,and aligned with tourist experience needs,elucidate their mechanisms and comprehensive benefits,and provide theoretical and technical solu-tions for green disease management in ecologically sensitive areas.[Methods]A field trial was conducted in a typical agricultural tourism zone in the Yangtze River Delta.Ten registered biopesticides(plant-derived,microbial,and mineral-based)were test-ed using a randomized block design with four replicates.A multidimensional evaluation system was established by dynamically monitoring the disease index,area under the disease progress curve(AUDPC),plant physiological and biochemical indicators(chlorophyll content,SOD,POD,and CAT activities),fruit quality(soluble sugars,protein,vitamin C),and feedback from 440 tourists(landscape aesthetics,environmental comfort,and picking behavior).[Results]All biopesticide treatments signifi-cantly outperformed the control(CK),but their efficacy characteristics varied.Plant-derived pesticides exhibited the best over-all performance:osthol(T2)and matrine(T9)exhibited sustained and stable control,reducing the disease index by 59.9%~62.1%and AUDPC by 68.6%~69.3%at 21 days post-application compared to CK.These compounds likely enhanced chlo-rophyll content and SOD activity while suppressing excessive defense responses like POD activity,resulting in a yield increase of 21.3%~23.6%and significant improvements in vitamin C and soluble sugar content.Bacillus subtilis had limited persis-tence but scored highest in insect diversity,whereas ningnanmycin showed strong initial efficacy but declined later.Mineral oil exhibited fluctuating efficacy,possibly due to rainfall and leaf growth.Tourist surveys showed that plant-derived pesticide-treat-ed areas reduced visible disease spots by 60.7%~66.7%and increased fruit picking activity by 106.7%~124.7%compared to CK.[Conclusion]1%Osthol EW and 2%matrine SL achieved sustainable disease control while enhancing yield and quali-ty.Their low disease visibility and ecological safety align with the needs of agricultural tourism area.A supporting system inte-grating disease visualization monitoring and interactive visitor guides is recommended to deepen the integration of ecological control and tourism experience.
