摘要
Abstract
Premature ovarian failure(POF)is a disease that seriously affects women's reproductive health and quality of life,and can present with perimenopausal syndrome symptoms such as amenorrhea or scanty periods,sexual dysfunction,vaginal dryness,hot flashes,night sweats,and mood changes.At the same time,the number and/or quality of ova decrease,and ovulation disorders occur,resulting in a decrease in female pregnancy rate and even infertility.At present,the pathogenesis of POF is not completely clear,and may be related to genetics,immunity,and inflammatory microenvironment.This article reviews the pathogenesis and treatment of POF,in order to provide reference for future research.关键词
