摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of radiofrequency therapy instrument combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback in female patients with stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 200 female patients with stress urinary incontinence admitted to Loudi Central Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(100 cases)received simple electrical stimulation biofeedback.The observation group(100 cases)was treated with radiofrequency therapy instrument on the basis of the control group.The pelvic floor muscle strength,urinary incontinence score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the pelvic floor muscle strength grade was higher and the urinary incontinence score was lower in the observation group at 1 and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of radiofrequency therapy instrument combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback in female patients with stress urinary incontinence can improve pelvic floor muscle strength,urinary incontinence symptoms,and improve the treatment effect.
