Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xingpi Yang'er Granules in the treatment of children with anorexia.Methods A total of 120 children with anorexia in Gansu Heping Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study samples and divided into control group and observation group according to the odd and even number method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group was supplemented with Xingpi Yang'er Granules for treatment.The therapeutic effect,symptom scores,symptom recovery time,prognosis and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(81.67%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the symptom scores of nausea and vomiting,poor appetite,abdominal pain and abdominal distension between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the symptom scores of nausea and vomiting,poor appetite,abdominal pain and abdominal distension in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of nausea and vomiting,poor appetite,abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the body weight of both groups increased,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse events such as dizziness and drowsiness occurred in either group.Conclusion Xingpi Yang'er Granules have a relatively high effective rate in treating anorexia in children,can improve the clinical symptoms of the children,and have a good prognosis.关键词
