妊娠糖尿病患者不良母婴结局的危险因素分析
Analysis of risk factors for adverse maternal and infant outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 448 GDM patients who underwent prenatal examination in Boai Hospital of Zhongshan from December 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.Relevant clinical data were collected,and body composition was measured using bioelectrical impe-dance analysis.Modified Poisson regression was used to analyze the risk factors of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in GDM patients.Results Modified Poisson regression analysis showed that excessive weight gain in the second trimester(RR=1.120),insufficient weight gain in the second trimester(RR=0.876),1 hour postprandial blood glucose(RR=1.035)and mid arm muscle circumference(RR=0.939)were the influencing factors of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in GDM patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Weight gain in the second trimester,mid arm muscle circumference and 1 hour postprandial blood glucose are the influencing factors of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in GDM patients,which should be paid attention in clinical practice.关键词
