Abstract
Objective To study the effect of free position delivery in puerpera with painless delivery.Methods A total of 100 puerperae who underwent painless delivery in Shantou Chaonan People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups underwent combined spinal-epidural analgesia.The control group adopted conventional position delivery,while the observation group implemented free position delivery.The labor pain,stages of labor,success rate of vaginal delivery,maternal and infant outcomes,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal conditions were compared between the two groups.Results Before analgesia,there was no difference in pain degree score between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group when the cervical orifice was 3 cm and the fetus was delivered(P<0.05).The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum bleeding 2 hours in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the 1 min Apgar score of the newborns was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of free position delivery in puerpera with painless delivery has a good effect,which can improve the success rate of vaginal delivery,shorten the labor process,relieve pain,and reduce the risk of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
