有情绪问题的注意缺陷多动障碍患儿亲子依恋的特点分析
Analysis of the characteristics of parent-child attachment in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and emotional issues

Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics of parent-child attachment in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)and emotional issues,and to provide a basis for preventing emotional issues in children with ADHD and improving the mental health in children with ADHD.Methods A total of 117 children with ADHD who first visited the Department of Child Healthcare,Maternity and Child Health Care of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January to December 2022,and 113 normal children were selected as the control group.The Conners parent symptom questionnaire(PSQ)and Kerns security scale(KSS)were used to assess the parent-child attachment and emotional issues of children.Results The proportion of emotional issues in ADHD group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The KSS scores of mother-child and father-child in ADHD group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The KSS scores of mother-child and father-child of children with ADHD and emotional issues were lower than those of children with ADHD and without emotional issues(P<0.05).Conclusion Parent-child attachment problems exist in children with ADHD,and children with ADHD and emotional issues have more severe parent-child attachment relationships.The establishment of parent-child attachment in the family should be promoted in the intervention of children with ADHD,so as to prevent emotional issues in children with ADHD and improve the mental health of children with ADHD.关键词
