Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Dopamine combined with Phentolamine in the treatment of children with pneumonia complicated by heart failure.Methods A total of 86 children with pneumonia complicated by heart failure who were admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Using the envelope method,all the children were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received Dopamine combined with Phentolamine on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time and hospitalization time,hemodynamics indicators,myocardial enzyme spectrum indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter improvement time of wheezing,coughing,pulmonary wet rales,breathing,heart rates,and heart failure symptoms and hospitalization time compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate,oxygen saturation,and respiratory rate improved in both groups,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of creatine kinase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,and lactate dehydrogenase decreased in both groups,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of diarrhea and vomiting between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Dopamine and Phentolamine is effective in the treatment of children with pneumonia complicated by heart failure,which can shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time,and improve myocardial function indicators.关键词
