摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Ceftizoxime and Methylprednisolone in the treatment of children with lobar pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma infection.Methods A total of 150 children with lobar pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma infection admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Yangxin County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Azithromycin combined with Ceftizoxime,while the comprehensive group was treated with Azithromycin combined with Ceftizoxime and Methylprednisolone.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the comprehensive group(97.33%)was higher than that in the reference group(86.67%)(P<0.05).The disappearance time of various symptoms in the comprehensive group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein([7.01±1.02]mg/L)and interleukin-6([3.12±1.16]pg/ml)in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the reference group([8.67±1.56]mg/L and[5.61±1.23]pg/ml)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Ceftizoxime and Methylprednisolone in the treatment of children with lobar pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma infection is definite.关键词
