Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of female patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 78 female patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=39)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=39)received clinical nursing pathway on the basis of the control group.The neurological function,limb function,life self-care ability,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the neurological function score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the limb function score and life self-care ability score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(2.56%)was lower than that in the control group(17.94%)(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group(97.44%)was higher than that in the control group(82.05%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway can improve the neurological function of female patients with cerebral hemorrhage,promote the recovery of limb function and life self-care ability,and the nursing satisfaction of patients is higher.关键词
