摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of collaborative nursing based on family participation on clinical symptoms and lung function of children with bronchopneumonia(BP).Methods According to the random number table method,158 children with BP admitted to Feixian People's Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were divided into two groups. The control group(n=79)received routine nursing, while the observation group(n=79)received collaborative nursing based on family participation. The clinical relevant indicators, lung function, treatment compliance, and family nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The disappearance time of cough([4.15±1.03]d),fever([2.22±0.63]d),and lung rales([5.26±1.35]d)and hospitalization time([6.24±1.33]d)in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group([6.33±1.56],[3.58±0.97],[7.57±2.12],and[8.46±2.32]d)(P<0.05).After the intervention, the forced expiratory volume in one second([2.27±0.63]L),forced vital capacity([2.86±0.35]L),and peak expiratory flow([3.29±0.36]L/s)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group([2.03±0.51]L,[2.67±0.43]L,and[2.65±0.25]L/s)(P<0.05).The total rate of treatment compliance of the observation group(94.94%)was higher than that of the control group(75.95%),and the total rate of family nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.20%)was higher than that of the control group(72.15%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing based on family participation can alleviate symptoms, improve lung function, enhance treatment compliance in the children with BP,and increase family satisfaction.关键词
