四川盆地周边山地夜间暴雨的特征与机理研究新进展
Recent Advances in Understanding the Mechanisms and Features of Night Rainstorms in the Mountainous Regions of the Sichuan Basin

Abstract
The diurnal variation of precipitation in the Sichuan Basin is highly distinctive,as reflected in the ancient saying"Bashan Night Rain."However,research on the challenges of understanding the diurnal variation of topographic heavy precipitation and disastrous mountain rainstorms remains limited.This paper reviews several recent advances in the study of mountain rainstorm events in Sichuan from the following perspectives:climatic characteristics,spatio-temporal fine-scale distribution(including altitude dependency),composite characteristics,dynamic-thermal structures and topographic effects,water vapor transport by boundary layer jets,the role of surface and atmospheric heat sources,the synchronous contribution of the southwest vortex,the evolution of mesoscale convective systems,and the impact of topographic gravity waves.Finally,this study highlights several key unresolved issues and discusses prospective directions for deepening the understanding of mountain rainstorm mechanisms in the Sichuan Basin.关键词
