浙江省海洋渔船安全生产社会化管理服务路径研究
Research on the socialized management service path for safe production of fishing vessels in Zhejiang Province
摘要
Abstract
Zhejiang Province is a major marine fishery province,and the safety of fishery production is the fundamental guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of fishery.The paper aims to further understand the development of socialized management service of marine fishing vessel safety production in Zhejiang Province,to improve the comprehensive management level of marine fishing vessel safety production,and to cultivate new quality productivity of marine fishing vessels.Based on the investigation and research on marine fishing vessels,fishery safety production accidents and grassroots management organizations of marine fishing vessels in Zhejiang Province,combined with the relevant literature,the development and problems of socialized services for the safety production of marine fishing vessels and the organizational management of marine fishing vessels in Zhejiang Province are sorted out from the aspects of the regulatory mechanism of grassroots management organizations of marine fishing vessels,the personnel allocation,the ability of self-construction and the level of management,etc.And the typical of socialized management services model for the safety production of marine fishing vessels is summed up.The paper also puts forward the path of marine fishing vessel safety production socialized management services of Zhejiang Province to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of marine fishing vessel safety production management in Zhejiang Province.关键词
