Experience,problems and suggestions on the construction of national aquatic germplasm resources protection areas for Solenaia oleivora in Fuyang section of the Huaihe River

Abstract
The construction of aquatic germplasm resource reserves is the fundamental work for the conservation of fishery resources and the revitalization of the aquatic seed industry,which is of great practical significance for the sustainable development of fisheries and the protection of biodiversity.On the basis of analyzing the basic situation of the construction of national aquatic germplasm resources protection areas,taking Solenaia oleivora national aquatic germplasm resource protection areas in Fuyang section of the Huaihe River as an example,we summarized the development of management system construction as the first priority,focusing on the construction of infrastructure,scientifically carrying out conservation of ecological resources,and seizing the relevant major strategic opportunities of the country,etc.,and the paper pointed out the problems such as optimization of the management system,the risk of illegal fishing and the breakthroughs in key technologies.Finally,based on the sustainable development goal of the protected area,relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,including improving the management function,exploring the establishment of a new mode of protection and management in townships,ensuring fishing ban,reducing human interferences on the reserve from illegal fishing,and advancing mussel farming to promote the development of the whole industry chain.关键词
