Development trend,challenge and prospect of commercialization of cell-cultured aquatic products
摘要
Abstract
Singapore and the United States have successively approved the sale of cell food,which has also promoted the development of the global cell-cultured aquatic products industry.Based on data analysis and historical literature research,this paper comprehensively discusses the development process,commercialization trend analysis,industrial development advantages and key challenges of cellular agriculture technology in aquatic products industry,and puts forward the commercialization prospects.The analysis shows that:The global industry layout of cell-cultured aquatic products has expanded,investment growth has promoted the commercialization process,the variety of R&D products has increased,and the innovation and upgrading of key production technologies and technological innovation have driven down production costs.The key challenges facing the cell-cultured aquatic products industry are reflected in the following aspects:there is no unified standard for terminology,key technologies still need to be broken through,safety risk identification can't be ignored,and related standards and laws and regulations need to be established.Based on the analysis of industrial development,this paper puts forward thoughts and prospects in the aspects of technological innovation,market demands,legal standards,industrial chain coordination and sustainable development,in order to provide policy reference for the development of new green food in China.关键词
