海马齿对养殖水质、水体微生物和凡纳滨对虾生长的影响与养殖应用示范
Effects of Sesuvium portulacastrum on aquaculture water quality,water microorganism and growth of Litopenaeus vannamei and demonstration of its application in culture

Abstract
The excessive nitrogen and phosphorus content in mariculture water seriously worsens the aquaculture water environment and causes shrimp diseases,which is one of the key factors affecting the yield and quality of shrimp.The paper is to explore the effect of seawater co-culture model of Sesuvium portulacastrum and Litopenaeus vannamei on the purification of culture water bodies and its potential mechanism.In this study,the ecological floating bed of S.portulacastrum was built in the aquaculture ponds of L.vannamei,the contents of total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and total phosphorus in the aquaculture ponds were detected,and the microbial community changes in aquaculture water was analyzed.At the same time,the yield of L.vannamei was tested to determine the influence of S.portulacastrum on L.vannamei growth.The results showed that after co-culture with S.portulacastrum for 36 d,the contents of total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in the aquaculture pond were significantly reduced,the microbial community in the aquaculture water was optimized,the water environment was significantly improved,and the body length and total output of the shrimp significantly increased.In conclusion,the results show that the ecological aquaculture mode of S.portulacastrum helps to improve the quality of aquaculture water,increase the yield of shrimp,and promote the green and healthy development of shrimp aquaculture industry.关键词
