超学科视域下教育技术学科发展范式研究
A Study on the Development Paradigm of Educational Technology from a Transdisciplinary Perspective

Abstract
In the era of digital intelligence,the construction of academic disciplines faces increasingly complex and multidimensional challenges.Interdisciplinary—and more importantly,transdisciplinary—thinking has become a critical approach for overcoming persistent developmental bottlenecks.To explore new paradigms for disciplinary research and development,this paper investigates the evolution of educational technology through the dual lenses of the"soft-hard"disciplinary classification and the transformation of academic paradigms.It identifies a key limitation in previous efforts:the rigid adherence to classical disciplinary frameworks,which fails to acknowledge educational technology as an applied soft discipline embedded in a transdisciplinary problem domain.In response,a new paradigm for the development of the educational technology discipline is proposed.This paradigm includes reconstructing the knowledge system by shifting from discipline-based logic to problem-oriented logic;innovating research approaches by moving from methodological uniformity to pluralistic coexistence;establishing a dual-track faculty development model that supports cross-boundary mobility;designing a stratified,demand-responsive model for talent cultivation;and reshaping disciplinary culture to prioritize practical innovation over theoretical absolutism.This transdisciplinary paradigm not only advances the development of educational technology as a field but also provides valuable insights for the construction of other emerging and interdisciplinary disciplines.关键词
