Abstract

Artificial intelligence(AI)has emerged as a driving force in the development and application of digital resources in vocational education.In recent years,China's vocational education system has made substantial progress,having established a large amount of high-quality online courses,a professional teaching resource repository,and virtual simulation training bases.Together,these components form an integrated digital resource matrix structured around the triad of"curriculum-resources-scenarios."Despite these advancements,the sector still exists several structural problems.These include a mismatch between the supply of digital resources and industry demands;technological heterogeneity that complicates resource integration;a disconnect between interactive design and educational feedback mechanisms;and a lack of alignment between teachers'technological competencies and the instructional applicability of digital content.This study investigates the key characteristics and enabling technologies of digital resources in vocational education under the influence of AI.It proposes an"AI+"system to support both the development and deployment of such resources,and outlines a new paradigm of human-AI collaboration for the co-creation of vocational digital content.In addition,the paper suggests strategies to support the digital transformation of vocational education:reconfiguring instructional models through AI integration,strengthening the digital capabilities of teaching personnel,and advancing industry-education integration as well as school-enterprise collaboration.
