静电纺聚己内酯/丝素蛋白/聚吡咯导电复合纳米纤维的制备与表征
Preparation of PPy conductive composite nanofiber by electrospinning and electrospraying

Abstract
To construct a bionic periosteum with good mechanical properties and conductive electrical signal stimulation to meet the electrophysiological microenvironment of bone tissue required for bone defect repair,in this study,conductive functional fiber membranes with three-dimensional structures were prepared by combining the material properties of polycaprolactone,silk protein,and polypyrrole with electrospinning and electrospraying techniques.Scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize and analyze the properties of the composite membrane.The results showed that the fiber diameter of the composite membrane was 478.6±120.0 nm with uniform fiber distribution and no beading.The tensile strength of the composite membrane reached 3.95±1.03 MPa,with good tensile properties.The conductivity of the composite membrane was 2.02×10-4 S/m,which was significantly higher than that of the membrane prepared by electrostatic spinning.Hydrophilicity experiments showed that the contact angle reached 90.5°±4.5°,which is good for hydrophilicity and contributes to cell adhesion and value-added.The composite membrane prepared by combining electrostatic spinning and electrostatic spraying technology has mechanical properties and conductivity that meet the basic requirements of the natural bone membrane,with good biological properties,and has certain application value for treating bone defects.关键词
