Design of intelligent inspection system for quality detectors in ZB45 packer
摘要
Abstract
To enhance quality detector inspection and promote production efficiency,an intelligent quality detector inspection system was designed for ZB45 packer.The system mainly consists of inspection devices,actuating mechanisms and PLC controller.The system carries out intelligent inspection of seven key quality detectors,including packet blank detector and packet film detector(Category A),inner frame splice detector(Category B),inner liner splice detector,packet tear tape detector and carton tear tape detector(Category C)and packet overlap detector(Category D).Besides the seven existing quality detectors,a metal sensor is used to check the cutting action of the inner frame cutter.All inspection signals are fed into the control system in real time.The actuating mechanisms including pneumatic cylinder,solenoid valve and electromagnet are used for detector moving,air circuit switching and intelligent detector shielding,respectively,and controlled by the PLC.The designed system was tested with"Furongwang(Hard)"brand cigarettes at Changsha Cigarette Factory,and the results showed that compared with manual inspection,the designed intelligent inspection system could find the malfunctioning of detectors in time,and the inspection frequencies for the seven key quality detectors increased from 2 to more than 13 times per day,particularly,the inspection frequency for the Category A detectors was consistent with the number of cigarette packets produced.The designed system provides technical support for improving the operational efficiency of cigarette packers and the quality of cigarette packaging.关键词
