Abstract
The blast furnace interior essentially functions as a"black box",where conven-tional measurement techniques fail to provide direct and accurate reflections of internal production conditions,making operational assessment challenging for furnace operators.To address this issue,leveraging the data architecture and characteristics of ironmaking processes,statistical and machine learning methodologies were employed to analyze and utilize industrial big data generated during pro-duction.This approach transforms data analysis into mathematical models,enabling timely identifi-cation of ironmaking patterns,extraction of operational knowledge,and ultimately facilitating preci-sion production and performance enhancement in blast furnace operations.关键词
