摘要

Abstract

To enhance the operational stability of oxygen lances in electric arc furnace steel-making,a control system was developed focusing on the EAF oxygen-blowing regulating valve.This system addresses pressure fluctuations downstream of the oxygen main pipe valve while ensuring re-quired oxygen flow supply during blowing.The design features a parallel-configuration diaphragm regulating valve assembly specifically for EAF oxygen supply,employing segmented PID control.By analyzing oxygen flow variation trends and dividing the pipeline flow into multiple phases,it achieves precise valve opening control at each stage,stabilizing the post-valve pressure in the oxy-gen main pipe.Application results demonstrate precise oxygen supply control,with pipeline pres-sure improving from(1.2±0.2)MPa to(1.2±0.05)MPa,effectively reducing pressure fluctuations,increasing oxygen utilization,and lowering production costs.
