摘要

Abstract

The degradation of vacuum tightness in the steam turbine's labyrinth-type high-pressure shaft seal resulted in a gradual decline in unit vacuum,reducing both economic efficiency and operational safety.Analysis identified wear at the high-tooth sections and"step loss"defects at the low-tooth segments of the labyrinth seal,significantly compromising its sealing performance.Af-ter the shaft seal was retrofitted with a new design,the vacuum level was improved,enhancing the overall economic performance and operational safety of the unit.
