摘要

Abstract

An analysis of a high-voltage motor trip accident caused by two-point DC ground-ing revealed that steam infiltration into the motor's emergency button box led to condensation in win-ter,forming two grounding points of different polarities,which triggered the trip and load reduction.Further analysis confirmed that the mismatch between DC grounding resistance and the anti-jump relay setting was the root cause.Solutions such as sealing steam leakage points,adjusting the anti-jump relay setting,and strengthening insulation supervision were proposed.This case provides prac-tical insights for preventing DC system faults.
