摘要

Abstract

The original denitrification system of Tangsteel's 78 MW gas power generation unit used a combination of SNCR and fixed-bed processes,with a denitrification efficiency of only 68%-75%.Due to low efficiency,excessive liquid denitrification agents were required,leading to in-creased boiler pressure drop,failure to meet ultra-low emission standards,limited generation load,and high operating costs.By introducing an external SCR denitrification device,the denitrification efficiency was increased to 96.5%,enabling precise control of NOx emission concentrations and re-ducing annual operating costs by 9.131 million yuan.
