流量监测"软在线"平台的实现与应用
Implementation and application of"Soft Online"platform for flow monitoring
摘要
Abstract
The"Soft Online"platform of Anhui Province Water Information System has achieved real-time flow online monitoring function for hydrological stations and water level stations.Take the hydrologic stations in Huangshan area as an example,by adopting the information technology realized online processing and flood reporting on the basis of real-time online discharge.At the same time reckoning formerly flood discharge by the datum researching and engineering survey to look back the historical flood flow data to achieve parameter calibration of flood forecasting schemes,in order to provide important support for improving the accuracy of flood forecasting.关键词
