Abstract
Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmented skin disease that can occur in any population and is considered to be hypopi mented disease most difficult to treat in the world.Childhood vitiligo is defined as vitiligo that begins before the age of 12 years,and its epidemiology,clinical manifestations,co-morbidities and treatment options differ from those of adults.Vitiligo is an autoimmune disease,the best management strategy for childhood vitiligo is to assess the different stages and types of the disease for early intervention,prevent the continuous accumulation of memory T cells,size the best treatment opportunity and develop personalised treatment plans.关键词
