从中医角度看儿童白癜风的诊治思路
Diagnosis and treatment ideas for childhood vitiligo from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Childhood vitiligo is caused by the synergistic effects of congenital deficiencies,diet disorders,emotional disorders,wind pathogens,trauma,and other internal and external factors that lead to the imbalance of qi and blood.The core pathogenesis is"deficiencycausing disease",with the progression stage being characterized by deficiencyin origin and excess in superficiality and the stable stage being dominated by deficiency.In clinical practice,the eight principles of syndrome differentiation are used as the guideline,together with the methods of differentiation of organs,wind pathogens,and qi and blood;based on the characteristics of the disease onset and the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,comprehensive individualized internal and external treatment is carried out,and at the same time,attention is paid to daily care in order to improve efficacy and prevent recurrence.关键词
