Abstract
The international engineer mutual recognition system usually covers three aspects:higher education system,evaluation rules and processes,and specific evaluation standards.Due to differences in evaluation factors such as educational certification,industry norms,and examination standards from international standards,it is difficult for Chinese architectural engineers to obtain international recognition for their professional qualifications and titles.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the Chinese engineer qualification system through literature review,and uses the English engineer qualification system as a benchmark research object to compare the main similarities and differences between the Chinese and English engineer evaluation systems.To promote mutual recognition of engineer systems between China and the UK,we should reform the qualification and professional title evaluation system for Chinese architectural professions,optimize the examination and evaluation process,and build a three-in-one system of education,practical training and professional title evaluation;improve the official recognition mechanism of industry professional organizations in education certification,professional titles,and membership assessment systems;actively strengthen the connection with overseas academic groups,promote mutual recognition of architectural professional qualifications between China,the UK,and other countries through effective communication and cooperation mechanisms,and facilitate the flow and cooperation of international talents.关键词
