The Impact of Continuous Learning Requirements on Proactive Behavior of Elderly Employees

Abstract
In the context of globalization and rapid technological development,this study focuses on exploring the impact and mechanism of continuous learning requirements on the proactive work behavior of older employees.Based on the job requirements resource theory and cognitive emotional system theory,a chain mediation model was constructed and tested to reveal how continuous learning requirements improve the work efficiency of older employees through job restructuring and emotional balance.The research results show that the requirement of continuous learning can stimulate the work reshaping behavior of older employees,which not only helps them better adapt to learning needs,but also reduces work pressure,enhances job satisfaction and initiative.In addition,the enhancement of positive emotions plays an important mediating role between job reshaping and improving work initiative.关键词
