摘要

Abstract

Talent is the first resource of an organization,and the goal of recruitment work is to recruit talents who match positions and achieve the matching between personnel and position.This paper discusses the personality model and personality traits of information and communication consulting professionals in personnel recruitment by using Cattell 16 Personality Factor Test.As found by the research,male information and communication consulting professionals have significant differences from ordinary adult males in 13 factors,while female information and communication consulting professionals have significant differences from ordinary adult females in 11 factors;although there are differences in 12 factors between male and female information and communication consulting professionals and college students of corresponding genders,the degree of significance of differences varies;there are gender-related differences between information and communication consulting professionals in three factors.Personality profiles of male and female information and communication consulting professionals have been obtained through analysis.Based on this,relevant majors in colleges and universities may strengthen the training of students in a targeted manner,so that graduates can better and faster adapt to their future careers.
