Abstract
As guides or work manuals for governing states and counties,official admonition works are an important carrier for the education and training of officials.The official admonition of the Qing Dynasty,Emperor Issued State and County Matters revolves around three main aspects:affairs management,personnel handling,and self-restraint.It has distinct advantages such as emperor issuance authority,historical continuity,and meticulous guidance.However,it also has limitations such as mismatch between personal experience and universal application,imbalance between moral education and legal constraints,and imbalance between administrative skills and moral cultivation.It has certain enlightening significance for contemporary official education and training.Contemporary official education and training can draw inspiration from optimizing training content,coordinating textbook development,integrating traditional culture,and strengthening supervision and assessment,thus effectively promoting the development of official education and training,cultivating a high-quality official team,and providing talent support for national development.关键词
