Abstract
The salary system for civil servants as the backbone of national public services not only directly influences the stability and work enthusiasm of the civil servant team,but also directly reflects public service management and social fairness and justice.The current salary system for New Zealand civil servants has actively explored and practiced various aspects in pursuit of fairness,transparency,incentives,and competitiveness.This paper provides an overview of the current situation of the salary system for New Zealand civil servants.By analyzing its legal basis,management system,salary composition,salary level,salary adjustment mechanism,and salary cost,this paper reveals the characteristics and practical experience of the system,which helps to enhance understanding and analysis of the current salary system for New Zealand civil servants.关键词
